This image came from a chapter cover in Volume 3 of the manga. I loved the shot the moment I saw it, unfortunately though the scan was poor quality and quite a bit smaller than I'd have liked it to be. So I set myself up here by attempting to clean up the scan while at the same time giving the piece some texture. I wanted to give the wallpaper a sense that it was a painting. So in the sky I attempted to add hints of canvasing to texturize the whole image. The wallpaper did turn out a bit blurrier than I would have liked but overall I was pleased with the turnout. Credits: Scan from Genesis fan translated manga.
